Robin is a faculty member at Anoka-Ramsey Community College and plays alto and tenor sax in the Anoka-Ramsey Community Jazz Ensemble.
Robin subbed on alto sax on several occasions and was the featured soloist July 19, 1994, when the Roseville Big Band performed his arrangement of a Charlie Mingus tune, "Self-Portrait in Three Colors".
