Carly Grandner

Carly sang the lead vocal part on "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" at Champlin Park High School's Ovation 2009.
Carly joined Val Krych and Laura Tempel to perform "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" on the July 28, 2009, concert in Central Park.

Carly is a 2010 graduate of Champlin Park High School (CPHS). A soprano in the CPHS Concert Choir, Carly also sings in the vocal jazz ensemble. She has also sung in a mixed 9th grade ensemble, a mixed Christmas caroling group, and Bravo, an all-girl ensemble. In middle school, she was a member of the Anacrusis Honor Choir, a 100-voice auditioned choir organized by the American Choral Directors Association of Minnesota.

Carly also has sung in a band at Grace Fellowship and has often sung the national anthem at CPHS varsity hockey games.

Carly has also been a cast member in CPHS Ovation musical reviews in each of her years at CPHS. The July 28, 2009, Roseville Big Band concert featured Carly on "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy," reprising her role as the lead singer in the trio from Ovation 2009: Swing Time!
