Kim also performs on trumpet with Swing Beat, the Northeast Orchestra, the St. Michael's brass ensemble in Bloomington, and the pit bands for productions by Patchwork Theater and other local theater groups. You may have also seen her performing on percusssion and trumpet with the St. Anthony Civic Orchestra or playing herald trumpet at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival.
Kim has been a member of the 6th Army, 1st Armored Division, and 74th Army bands.
