WCS=West Coast Swing; ECS=East Coast Swing; SFT=Slow Fox Trot. Songs crossed out were on the original list but were skipped due to audience requests for other songs and adjusting the lineup based on what the dancers seemed to want; songs in Italics were requests not on the original list.; the song in bold type was a new addition to the Roseville Big Band repertoire - it was first performed by the Roseville Big Band at this dance.

The Roseville Big Band performed in the Great Hall, as we have done since 1994. The dance venue below us featured Lynn Deichert's combo playing a mix of swing, rock, Latin, and 50's pop tunes. A DJ played funk, rock, hip-hop, and other styles in the gym.
The per-set formula Carleton requested in 2000: 1-2 waltzes, 1-2 tangos, 1-2 cha-chas, 1-2 rhumbas, 1 meringue/mambo/salsa/W.C. swing, 5-7 fox trot/swing; they left out polkas, but polkas are always popular at these dances. Of course, all the songs in our book are available on request, but the ones below are categorized for those dancers who want a style but don't know specific titles.
