Jordan played bass trombone with the Roseville Big Band at the July 4, 2000, concert in the Central Park band shell. He was also featured singing a verse of "Jump, Jive, and Wail", scatting on the tag of the song, and singing on the vocal choruses.

A 1999 graduate of Roseville Area High School (RAHS), Jordan played trombone in the RAHS Symphonic Band, Symphony Orchestra, and Jazz Lab Band. He also sang tenor in the Concert Choir, Men's Chorus, and the vocal jazz ensemble Jazz on Toast. He sang lead and was the student leader of the Barbershoppers, and he was also a member of the Dorian Festival Choir and the All-State Men's Choir.

You might have seen Jordan singing lead in the barbershop quartet in the Como Park production of "The Music Man" or performing on trombone with Hektor and the Gas Giants.

Jordan also subs on tenor trombone in the Roseville Big Band.
