John is a graduate student majoring in trumpet performance at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He studies with David Baldwin and plays in the University of Minnesota wind ensemble, symphony orchestra, and jazz band. John earned his undergraduate degree in trumpet performance from the University of Minnesotra, Duluth.
